How do I report a streetlight that is burned out?

Call UPPCO to report a streetlight outage in Chassell Township [not downtown], (i.e. light off during the night, light turns on and off at night, light stays on during the day, etc.

UPPCO’s hours are Monday Through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and can be reached at: (906) 449-2011 or (800) 562-7809.
When reporting an outage, please have the following information ready: a specific streetlight street location, the pole tag number, and details about the outage (i.e. light off during the night, light turns on and off at night, light stays on during the day, etc.).
